You receive your G-code files, setup sheet, tool list, and setup hardware list via email or Dropbox. If you have any issues at the machine, call us — we’re available by phone. For shops in Southern California, we offer hourly on-site support when you need someone at the machine with you. Our CNC Programmers are considered best in class industry experts when it comes to machines, cutting tools and application engineering. If you are having trouble, we can help you resolve the issue and get back to making chips.

No. Just send us your STEP file and a PDF engineering drawing. We handle all the CAM work on our end.

How do you match the post-processor?

Tell us your machine make, model, and controller when you send your files. We post-process to match — Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Siemens, Okuma, Heidenhain and more.

Can you handle a rush job?

Yes. Let us know upfront and we’ll confirm availability and pricing. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.
