Remote CNC Programming & Manufacturing Engineering
The US-Based Contract CNC Programmers
Your Shop Doesn’t Have to Staff.
Kaimer CNC is a US-based CNC programming and engineering service, available on demand. Senior-level output, remote delivery, high performance results, built for serious shops.
Section 01 — The Operator
Experience built on the floor,
not in a classroom.
Wes Kaimer has been in the machining industry since 2007. He started as a shop helper, advanced to setup machinist working on 3-axis mills to 5-axis and large gantry machines, and earned his first programming role by working evenings on his own time to build experience.
He’s programmed parts across aerospace, spaceflight, military and defense, sub-sea, oil and gas, firearms and heavy industrial applications, working with Tier 1 defense suppliers on equipment ranging from standard mills & lathes to the most high end equipment in Southern California.
Currently Wes owns and operates Kaimer Machine LLC, machining high end precision parts for the local Spaceflight industry and contract programming, based on the reputation earned for quality workmanship and high performance results in the CAD/CAM sphere.

Section 02 — The Company
Built from a machining business.
Grown from consistent demand.
Kaimer CNC is a programming and engineering service offered by Kaimer Machine LLC, founded in Southern California in 2022. The company built its reputation on high-end machining for small and medium batch production — and the programming service grew directly out of that work.
It operates remotely, serves clients nationwide, and keeps things simple: fast quotes, fast delivery, and direct access to the programmer doing the work. For shops weighing the cost of an in-house programmer, Kaimer CNC is the leaner alternative — without the compromise on quality.
Section 03 — Why It Works
Senior-level output.
Without the full-time cost.
Most shops weighing an in-house programmer are really weighing a fixed cost against a variable one. Kaimer CNC is the variable option — senior-level programming, available on demand, without the headcount or overhead.
Every program is written by someone who has run the machines, not just programmed them. That floor-level background means fewer errors, better cycle times, and programs built for the machinist running them — not just the model on screen. As US-based Contract CNC programmers, every program stays in US hands from start to finish.
